The company “ARVANITOPOULOS NIKOLAOS & CO. O.E.” has developed and installed a Unified Quality Assurance and Environmental Management System for its activities related to the Trading of Office Machines and Consumables as well as their Maintenance.

The implemented Quality and Environmental Management System is in accordance with the requirements of the current European and National Legislation as well as the International Standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, in order to achieve the desired level of Quality of Services and the coverage of the Environmental Terms of the products managed by the Company, in parallel compliance with the mutually agreed requirements of its Customers.

The Certification of International Standards ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 was done by the Certification Body TUV HELLAS, a member of the TUV NORD Group and the Unified System has been prepared by the Consulting Services Body MARTE Consulting.

In addition, the Company “ARVANITOPOULOS NIKOLAOS & SIA O.E.” has installed a Unified Information Security & Personal Data and Information Management System for the Security of the Information it manages as well as for the Protection of the Personal Data of its Customers and Partners.

The applied Information Security & Personal Data and Information Management System is in accordance with the requirements of the International Standards ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 27701:2019 and with the General European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
The Certification of the International Standards ISO 27001 & ISO 27701 was done by the Greek Certification Agency LETRINA, while the Unified System was prepared by the Consulting Services Agency MARTE Consulting.
